This position is located at Fayetteville NC VA Coastal Health Care System (FNCVACHCS), Fayetteville, North Carolina. The incumbent functions as a manager, coordinator, and point of contact for patient safety policies and activities developed by the VA National Center for Patient Safety (NCPS) at the healthcare facility to which he/she is assigned.
