Job Summary: The West Campus Nursing Specialist is a professional RN who is responsible for: 1) Providing Respiratory care for West Campus Units 2) Acting as a resource for staff to assist with problem solving patient care issues. 3) Acting as the Rapid Response Team coordinator and coordinating with Patient Flow Specialist on East Campus in transferring patients as needed to the East Campus. 4) Providing BLS/ACLS care as needed on the units 5) Mediating any conflicts/issues between staff, patients, and patients' families. 6) Assisting with the continu
