Medical Coder Lead - Clinical Documentation/CodingSUMMARY: Responsible as the resource and trainer to the Medical Coders responsible for the emergency department encounters responsible for accurately assigning ICD-10 CM/PCS diagnosis and procedures codes and CPT-4 procedure codes for both the hospital and provider billing utilizing the 3M encoding software application. Responsible for coding emergency room encounters for both hospital and provider billing, denial review, coding and claim edits in coding workflow, and training of medical coders responsible for emergency room coding. Responsible for all reports utilized for emergency coding related to accounts receivabl
