ChristianaCare is currently recruiting for a Perioperative Evaluation and Treatment Services (POETS) Registered Nurse. The POETS team receives patient referrals from physicians and perioperative risk screening. The goal is to mitigate co-morbidities to position the patient in the best physical condition for surgery; decreasing post-operative complications and improving both outcomes and patient experience! The Medical Assistant is responsible for assisting physicians in the examination and treatment of patients with virtual and on-site appointments, and to deliver quality patient care while performing clerical duties within the office.
