Up to $10,000 Sign-On bonus for experienced Registered Nurse / RN / Assistant Nurse Manager

Summary

Assistant Nurse Manager is a Registered Nurse oordinates, plans, organizes implements and monitors nursing care of pediatric and neonatal patient as applicable in accordance with departmental philosophy and objectives. Assistant Nurse Manager is a Registered Nurse facilitates communication and continuity of care for patients, accepting accountability for daily operations of their respective units when on duty.

When delivering patient care :

1) Assistant Nurse Manager is a Registered Nurse provides high quality, safe, cost effective, total nursing care to all patients utilizing the nursing process

2) Assistant Nurse Manager is a Registered Nurse assumes the responsibility for overall coordination and integration of patient care based on need of the patient and family members

3) Assistant Nurse Manager is a Registered Nurse directs care according to established standards of safety, risk management, infection control, with the goal being to discharge the patient with an optimum level of care provided

4) Assistant Nurse Manager is a Registered Nurse utilized evidence-based practice in accordance with professional standards and adheres to the Florida State Nurse Practice Act

5) Assistant Nurse Manager is a Registered Nurse reviewed orders/test results and documents care delivered accurately and timely in the electronic health record.

Education

Required: Graduate of an accredited RN program
Preferred: BSN

Experience

Required:

One (1) year recent experience in a PEDIATRIC UNIT preferred

Certifications

Registered Nurse - Licensed in the State of Florida.

American Heart Association BLS, PALS, NRP certifications
