Responsible for supporting department and leaders with key business aspects of Food and Nutrition (F&N) department operation. Assists with accurate and timely financials, dashboards, sales, payroll and/or statistical reports. Works closely with accounts payable, finance, IT, and purchasing department's leadership.
Minimum Job Requirements
2-4 years Financial analytics and administrative support experience
Intermediate proficiency in MS office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)

Job Specific Duties
Prepares accurate financial and/or statistical reports for internal and external users. Renders assistance to leaders in preparing and reviewing analytical data and systems.
Analyzes data and statistics including staff productivity/hours/PTO days to identify trends and variances. Compiles overtime report by manager.
Conducts financial audits on cashiers to ensure accurate data and reports.
Monitors, tracks and trends data on F&N employee training records with established employee tracking dashboard and tracks departmental financial performance against established budget.
Monitors, tracks and trends unit patient satisfaction metrics for F&N using HCAPS, Press Ganey and any other feedback instruments used to determine overall Food and Nutrition customer satisfaction.
Facilitates planning, organization and activities of the director to ensure efficient and effective workflow coordination. Prepares meeting minutes and other sensitive documents.
Maintains KRONOS transactions in a timely manner within established guidelines as demonstrated with minimal edits by payroll department and remains in compliance with KRONOS audits.
Responsible for the processing, coding and submittal of invoices. Assists leaders with monthly expenses and invoices. Submits PO's and contracts for approval and follows up on completion or renewal.
Supports director with development of operational strategic analysis and department specific dashboard. Tracks daily sales dashboard.
Responsible for maintaining menu updated on Portal.
Assists with the preparation of the annual budget and tracks data monthly for comparison/changes. Assists with month end reconciliation and posting of cross charges.
Assists with new hire documentation. Completes all status change requests, processes changes in system, and verifies entry with TM&E.
Assists leaders with special projects, analysis and data to support with strategic planning, growth and development efforts. Assists director with operational power point presentations.
