They also care for other neurological patients including stroke victims. The average nurse/patient ratio is 1:4-5. 9 East is an action-packed work environment known for its teamwork and passion for patient care. We are a Joint Commission Certified Spine Program of Excellence and Certified Primary Stroke Center of Excellence.
