Navos is seeking a full time (1.0 FTE) Psychiatric Medical Director for Inpatient Services. The Psychiatric Medical Director position will provide direction to Navos Hospital medical staff ensuring safe, therapeutic, and competent patient care, including initial diagnostic psychiatric evaluation, record review and medication management occur in accordance with state and agency standards. The Medical Director will remain current in best practices and lead staff to provide efficient, effective, and timely fashion; collaborate in a multi-disciplinary framework with Medical, Clinical and Administrative teams; liaison with outside medical providers as needed; and serve as an expert resource for psychiatric care and treatment.
