Atlantic Health System is seeking Registered Nurses to work in Gagnon 5 cardiac Unit at Morristown Medical Center to work 7pm-7:30am and every other weekend.

Essential Job Functions:

• Candidate will have the ability to utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate the plan of care for patients served. Through the model of Shared Governance, collaborate with all members of the health care team with a focus on promoting evidenced based care within a healing culture for the patient population served and their families.
• Candidate will demonstrate and embrace the PRIDE core values (Professionalism, Respect, Involvement, Dignity and Excellence) in every aspect of their job.
• Candidate must have excellent communication and computer skills.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Good communication skills
• Knowledge of Shared Governance
• Team building skills
• Patient experience

Minimum Education:

• BSN required

Education:

• Masters Preferreed

License/Certifications:

• Valid New Jersey Nursing License required
• BLS rerquired
• ACLS rerquired
• Arrtyhmia certified requied
• CCRN preferred

Relevant Experience:

• 1-2 years Acute Care experience preferred
• 1-2 years Cardiac/Telemetry experience
