Overview
Atlantic Health System is seeking a per diem Echo Tech / Cardiac Sonographer for the Cardiac Services Non-Invasive department, at Morristown Medical Center working 2-3 days per week.
***(Hours can start between 12/3pm to end at 9pm. including one weekend shift 8-4pm/9-5pm per month.
Responsibilities
Essential Functions:
- Perform noninvasive Adult Echo, Transthoracic, and TEE and Stress Echocardiograms in accordance with established Dept. protocols, as per ASE and IAC Guidelines. Must have 3 years scanning experience with TAVR, Mitral Clips and Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy protocols. Must be proficient with Pedof probe.

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Must be proficient with Pedof probe
Minimum Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
Education:
- Graduate of CAAHEP or ABHES Cardiovascular Technology Program preferred
License/Certifications:
- RCDS with ARDMS or CCI Registry required
Relevant Experience:
- 3 years' experience performing Adult Echo, TEE, Stress Echo studies in a hospital setting strongly preferred
- 3 years' experience performing TAVR, Mitral Clips and Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy assessments strongly preferred
