St. Peter's Health Partners is seeking a full-time Outpatient Child and Adolescent Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join the Ellis Hospital Psychiatry team located in Schenectady, New York.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-respected Psychiatry team. Ellis Medicines outpatient psychiatry clinic has been helping people overcome mental illness for more than 50 years and offers specialized services for children and adolescents. The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will provider outpatient coverage for adolescent patients at the Outpatient Mental Health Clinic.

The schedule for this opportunity is Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. Call rotation: nights are rotating call; weekends call is on a voluntary basis.             

The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical skills, communication skills, and a strong commitment to providing team oriented care.

Interested candidates should have the following:

• Board Certification required
• NYS licensure
• DEA required
• Previous experience is preferred but new or recent graduates are encouraged to apply
