Education an Experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Two years of customer service experience
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Greets patients and visitors with love and excellence and provides accurate, helpful information
Partners with ChristianaCare caregivers such as patient guides, constables, patient escort, patient relations, nurse managers, volunteer coordinators/manager to provide exceptional experience.
Completes assigned projects such as collating, typing, and processing visitor passes with other related duties as required.
Receives, documents any lost or found property or answers any inquiries about lost and found property with the use of the Report to Learn (R2L) system, currently Newark and Wilmington campuses.
Ensures the Information Desk Directories are maintained and are updated as needed.
Advises the volunteers and Junior Board member's daily assignments and answers any questions or inquiries they may have during their volunteer shift.
Excellent oral communication skills
Distribute visitor badges
Keeps team members updated on current issues/concerns before leaving their shift.
The hours are a varied schedule rotating at the Newark, Wilmington and Union locations
