Social Worker
The Social Worker is the Substance Abuse Disorder (SUD) Specialist for Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF) provides services to the Homeless Veteran population enrolled at the Salem VA Health Care System (a level 1C facility) and its associated VA community-based outpatient clinics (CBOCs). Services include provision of high-quality case management, and intervention support to SSVF enrolled Veterans in a team oriented, recovery-based program. To qualify for this position, applicants must meet all requirements by the closing date of this announcement, 09/13/2022.
