Responsibilities Design and manage qualitative and quantitative communication research projects (e.g., cross-sectional surveys, focus groups, in-depth interviews, panel studies, field experiments, etc.). Analysis and translating research findings into actionable strategies. Provide subject matter expertise. Establish productive, positive working relationships with clients. Manage small, interdisciplinary teams. Impart skills and provide growth opportunities for junior colleagues.
