Shift: Days and Nights
The role you’ll contribute:
Provides nursing care according to established procedures. Is responsible for coordinating patient care activities for assigned patient. To set an example and be a role model for medical staff personnel. Will be accountable for exemplifying excellent service behavior to patients, clients, visitors, physicians, co-workers, vendors; shows courtesy, personalized attention, respect, compassion and timely responsiveness to all customers and demonstrates values at all times.
The value you’ll bring to the team:
Gathers data/assess/reassess all populations served and complete primary assessment of all newly admitted and transferred patients
Supervises ancillary team members in the process of basic nursing functions
Provides education to patients and families from admission to discharge
Demonstrates proficient technical skills and operational knowledge on all equipment used on the unit
