The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is the chief executive directly responsible for the management of the hospital in all its activities. The CEO is an ex officio voting member of the affiliate corporation Board of Directors.
Additionally, the CEO will have oversight for preparing and recommending plans and regulations for the departmentalization of the hospital and will be responsible for developing, recommending, and supervising personnel policies and practices and will prepare the annual budget for approval.
Our ideal candidate will specifically possess:
MBA or MHA with an administrative residency preferred.
Successful experience as a CEO for a period of three years within a hospital setting.
Must have knowledge of fundamentals of hospital organization and administration, standards, and regulations of hospital and laws applicable to hospital operation.
Must have working knowledge of personnel and business administration, public relations, and functions of all departments.

The City of Harvey, North Dakota is positioned at the head waters of the Sheyenne River. Harvey’s unique Dakotan connection is its proximity to the Lonetree Wildlife Management Area to is southwest and the Butte De Morale to its northeast.
