The Executive Director of Public Health Department is responsible for planning, evaluation, coordination, budget, and performance of a variety of highly complex financial, and technical functions including contract and grant management for a variety of Public Health Services, including communicable disease investigation, clinical services, emergency preparedness and case management programs.
