PATIENT ESCORT/PATIENT LIFT TEAM
  Summary:o Must be able to apply numerous techniques for lifting, moving and transferring patients. o Knowledge of transfer methods to decide which transfer method is the safest choice for each patient. o Competent in patient lifting, transfer, positioning and transport. o Competent in providing patient safety during movement. o Knowledgeable in CPR, infection control, customer relations, equipment management and associated policies and procedures. o Work with the healthcare team to perform purposeful rounding on the units utilizing pre-defined response criteria
