Medical Instrument Technician (Cardiac Catheterization)
To provide specialized technical support to the total scope of operation needed to operate the Cardiac Catheterization/Electrophysiology Laboratories. Incumbent operates highly complex equipment which requires the knowledge and proficiency to operate and maintain in optimum working order as this requires the proficiency to be such that calibration and quality control is maintained and monitored daily and during routine and lifesaving procedures. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
