Position is for HISTOPATHOLOGY TECHNICIAN (ADVANCED) at the Charles George VA Medical Center, Asheville, NC. The primary duties involve technical work subordinate to the work of the pathologists, or other providers who make the final diagnostic examinations of specimens of human tissue and/or cell preparations. The work involves preparing thins sections of tissue specimens. Department of Veteran Affairs will be giving first consideration.
