The incumbent provides social work services and case management services for Veterans who present at our Crisis Acute Care Clinic. Duties include providing compassionate same day evaluations for Veterans presenting for behavioral health treatment, suicide risk assessment, safety planning and care coordination. They work closely with CACC Team physician and psychologist to arrange veteran centered disposition and treatment engagement. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
