The LPN performs patient care duties under the direct supervision of the Registered Nurse (RN). They provide patient care which is appropriate to the emotional, spiritual, chronological, recreational, and diversional activities of the patient. The LPN demonstrates knowledge of changes associated with Mental Health and provides care based upon Mental Health and physical related factors as specified in their competencies. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
