VOANR is a qualified employer for both Public Service Loan Forgiveness and student loan repayment for the National Health Service Corps.   Summary/Objective  The Registered Nurse/Case Manager will oversee clients' mental health and substance use needs, provide support to assigned clients, and Facilitate/link clients to appropriate community service resources. This position will also assist and support clinical services in cooperation with the treatment team.    Essential Functions  Evaluate the overall health status of clients.  Monitor vital signs and effects of medications.  Develop nursing care plans according to client needs, based on physicians' orders and VOA policy.
