The Public Health Physician 2 or 3 (PHP 2/3) will function as a director or medical director for an assigned bureau or regional health program, or as an assistant medical director for a Central Office division requiring oversight of a physician; or serves as the medical director or director for a regional office.Assigned program area and other duties are contingent on expertise and medical specialty.
