Responsible for the processing and preparation of daily cash receipts, data entry for Membership, Subscriptions, Publications, Annual meeting transactions, and handling inquiries from internal and external customers.  Prepare cash receipts for bank deposits and maintains daily cash receipts logs.  Process cash receipts coding and subsequent data entry into the accounting system.  Accept and process credit card transactions from membership, annual meeting registration, subscription, and publication sales.  Act as salesperson for APHA publication in-person office sales.  Responds to customer calls and inquiries and make collection calls on outstanding Accounts Receivable balances.  Prepare reports for management outlining success of calls.  Reconcile job related monthly general ledger acc
