The Clinical Pharmacy Specialist (CPS) - Geriatrics-PACT functions at the highest level of clinical practice as a mid-level practitioner, working independently under their scope of practice. The CPS works collaboratively as a member of the Geriatrics-PACT team in active pharmacotherapy management for medication optimization and assists in the educational mission of the Pharmacy Service.
