(Radiation Therapy) Chief Therapeutic Radiologic Technologist FT/40 HRS
DescriptionThe Chief Therapist, in collaboration with and under the direction of the Manager of Medical Physics, is accountable for ongoing shift leadership, and for the operation of the Radiation Oncology department. The Chief Therapist provides direct supervision of the radiation therapy technologists, monitors patient workflow, educates the radiation therapy technologists when necessary, provides care for patients while delivering radiation therapy, and works as a Tech, as scheduled. The Chief Therapist coaches and guides radiation therapy technologists under his/her supervision; demonstrates Professionalism and Excellence by acting as a role model for clinical and service excellence.
