Position Summary:This position supports the overall operational management and business development of a busy and complex surgical services department, that serves more than 17,000 cases/year in general surgery as well as the sub-specialties of cardiac, vascular, thoracic, oncology, plastics, neuro, brain, ENT, robotics, pediatrics, and pediatric trauma. This role has 9 direct reports with a total oversight of 320 total staff across: 21 Operating Rooms 3 CVOR's (and expanding) 2 Surgery Centers
