Position SummaryThe Division of Hematology/Oncology at Phoenix Children’s Hospital seeks a full time, board eligible/board certified Adult Hematologist or Med/Peds Hematologist to co-lead the Hematology Transitioning Program at Phoenix Children’s Hospital. Our institution has one of the largest pediatric hematology programs in the nation, and we continue to experience rapid growth. We are looking for an individual with a clinical focus on benign hematology, and experience and specific interest in the care of adolescents and adults with hemoglobinopathies. We have a growing adult population of patients primarily with sickle cell anemia and thalassemia but also other congenital anemias/bone marrow failures including but not limited to Diamond-Blackfan anemia,
