The Manager, HEDIS is responsible for overseeing and directing efforts on various quality programs that may subject Community to significant financial risk and/or reward. Influences program design at the state level when possible. Identifies and operationalizes programmatic initiatives needed to achieve measurement goals, refining internal/external process that can help improve measurement goals, working with vendors and auditors when necessary.
