OverviewThe Digital Content Developer is responsible for new and ongoing digital curriculum development for the JCI Digital Learning Center (DLC). Ensures that digital education, eLearning and content is appropriately identified, scheduled, developed, edited, reviewed, approved, and updated as necessary and that it is of high quality, timely, relevant, and accurate. Proficient in and keeps up to date on the latest tools and trends in the digital learning industry to produce cutting edge e-learning content. Helps to ensure that JCI Digital Learning Center meets internal and customer satisfaction. Also, serves as a content development liaison for existing and new JCI products by reviewing and updating content to be more engaging and contemporary. TJCCW
