Overview Atlantic Health System is seeking a full-time Pharmacist II for the Pharmacy Department at Morristown Medical Center working primarily 10:00am - 6:00pm, including every other weekend.Responsibilities Essential Functions/Responsibilities:Profiling / Transcribing: Reviews patient profiles to assure appropriate therapy based on patient specific information that includes at least the following: age, gender, diagnosis, co-morbidities, relevant laboratory values, allergies, height, weight and BSA, pregnancy and lactation status.
