The VAMHCS Primary Care Senior Social Worker provides social work services at the Eastern Baltimore Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC), the Perry Point VAMC, and the Loch Raven VA Outpatient Clinic. The incumbent has the potential to be onsite to provide PACT SW services at each of these sites. The incumbent is a member of the health care team and assess and treat the psychosocial problems that impact on the ability of the veteran to make adjustments to his health care issues. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
