Incumbent sets up food service counters. Works on tray line placing food items on trays according to prescribed diet. Dispenses coffee according to number of servings required. Sets up salads and desserts according to menu. Works in dish washing unit, sorting, scraping, pre-rinsing, racking and washing dishes. Operates and cleans dish machine. Cleans dining rooms and kitchens, including mopping floors. Delivers trays to patients' bedside and returns soiled trays following meals.
