Patient Care Technician II - LBJ Hospital - Full-Time
The Patient Care Technician (PCT II) is accountable for supporting nursing and medical staff in patient care. The PCT II coordinates activities in outpatient and procedural areas and facilitates a smooth patient flow. The PCT II is proficient in assisting in patient data collection and performs select screenings and technical functions relevant to area/assignment.Minimum Qualifications:High School diploma or equivalent, completion of an accredited medical/nursing assistant course.Two (2) years of recent relevant experience in a healthcare facility.Certified Nursing Assistant/Medical Assistant or Patient Care Technician II Certification required. Vision and Hearing Certification, as appropriate
