Nurse Practitioner Cleft Palate Program Coordinator
Providence Saint John's Health Center is seeking a full-time nurse practitioner to lead a multidisciplinary and community-based Cleft Palate team in Santa Monica, California. This position will support the surgical and inpatient needs of the program's cleft palate patients as well as coordinate the overall program's development and success through care coordination, outreach, and advocacy for children and families with maxillofacial anomalies. Responsibilities include, bringing a cohesive element to care to patients, providing comprehensive care management, overseeing patient and family teaching, and actively consulting with members of the healthcare team to ensure quality of all aspects of patient care.
