DescriptionThis position accurately obtains personal and financial information to admit/register patients to the hospital’s various clinical departments or inpatient care. Responsible for the collecting required deposits at time of service in compliance to EMTALA regulations. Position answers PBX for rollover calls and after hours including weekends.  Position performs any clerical duties as required. Position ensures that the patient information is collected for admission into computer database and that patients are aware of hospital policies and procedures.
