Overview Atlantic Health System is seeking a per diem Secretary/Technician for the Intensive Care Unit at Morristown Medical Center to work 7A-7:30P, including every 3rd weekend. Responsibilities Essential Functions/Responsibilities:Assists team members with reaching physicians via telephone: excellent phone etiquette.Greet visitors at the desk and answer telephone calls.Maintain collaboration with bed management, charge nurses and physicians to manage patient beds for admissions, discharges and transfers onot and off the unit.Provide direct patient care including, bed baths, peri care, oral care, linen changes, and position changes.Empty foley bags and drains.Take V/S and report abnormal vital signs to nurse.
