As a Medical Staff Resident, you will perform patient care activities within the scope of clinical privileges commensurate with your level of advancement and competence under the general supervision of an appropriately privileged faculty member.Job Responsibilities Develops assessment and treatment plans. Performs rounds and records progress notes. Writes/dictates admission notes, progress notes, procedure notes and discharge summaries. Conducts initial and ongoing assessments of patients' medical, physical and psycho-social status. Participates in institutional committees and councils to which the resident is appointed or invited to. Orders tests, examinations and therapie
