DescriptionResponsible for evaluating patients for cardiac rehab services and provide appropriate therapy, including exercise, education and counseling according to department policies and procedures. The department will participate in PI, outcomes collection and data analysis and assists with program evaluation and marketing. This position will be prepared to perform and document emergency treatment according to BLS and ACLS standard and within their scope of practice. The nurse will also perform physiological monitoring including blood pressure, pulse, pulse oximetry, EKG and assessment of exercise response and document according to department standards.Qualifications
