Responsibilities of the position include: scheduling, recruitment, coordinating off service resident rotations, coordination and monitoring of education progress, hiring, orientation and clerical support. She/he provides direction, leadership, and day-to-day management of educational activities, including assisting the Physician Program Director, Chief Residents/Fellows, residents/fellows (trainees), and serving as a liaison between attending
