Provider Job Opportunity at Bend Memorial Clinic, PC

As an expansion of Summit Health's Primary Care Team, we are seeking an experienced Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to care for our growing population. This position will host a panel and will work with a collegial group of physicians .

Responsibilities will include:

• Establishing Care for new or return patients
• Seeing Same-day patients
• Patient education
• Assisting with In-Basket Messages

• Being a key member of our team delivering quality care in our open access model
