The South Texas VA Health Care System is currently seeking a Physician (Geriatric/Transition of Care Medical Director) to provide high quality patient centered care to Veterans under the difference services such as GEC community programs, GEC transitions of care program, Hospital in Home program Community Living Centers, Home Base Primary Care, GEM clinic and Palliative/Hospice Care services. This position is eligible for the Education Debt Reduction Program (EDRP) Basic Requirements: United States Citizenship: Non-citizens may only be appointed when it is not possible to recruit qualified citizens in accordance with VA Policy. Education: Degree of doctor of medicine or an equivalent degree resulting from a course of education in medicine or osteopathic medicine. The degree must have been
