Registered Nurse - Pediatric Inpatient Oncology - Full Time/Nights

JOB SUMMARY: This position is accountable for providing competent nursing care for patients with common health problems, and is expected to deliver competent patient care to a full patient assignment. This position practices under the direction of the designated nurse executive, within the scope of the Nursing Practice Act, and in accordance with Children's polices.

Craycroft is a pediatric care unit, specializing in oncology, hematology, rheumatology, renal, diabetic, and endocrine disorders. With 35 beds, Craycroft is uniquely designed to meet the needs of patients requiring isolation or those with mobility challenges.

REQUIREMENTS:

• A graduate from an accredited nursing program, BSN strongly preferred
• Active California Registered Nurse licensure (RN)
• Life Support Certifications as follows: Heart Code Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire or transfer into position and 2) Pediatric Emergency Assess, Resuscitation & Stabilization within 12 months of hire or transfer into position.
• One year of experience is preferred
• Bilingual skills desirable.

POSITION DETAILS: Full Time, Nights 6 x 11.5-hours per 2-week pay period

PAY RANGE: $36.00 - $62.20

DISCLAIMER: Top of pay scale for RN I and RN II is $62.20 and top of pay scale for RN III and RN IV is $66.00
