Swedish Medical Group is seeking a 0.8 FTE Certified Nurse Midwife to join a shared group practice in Seattle, Washington. This team aims to eliminate health disparities and improve perinatal outcomes through independent, anti-racist, trauma-informed, evidence-based midwifery care. This is a caring team of midwives who collaborate with OB/GYN physicians, RNs, IBCLCs and support staff who are committed to midwifery. In this role, you will help the group manage 40-50 deliveries per month in a large tertiary care center. The practice has a low c-section rate and excellent perinatal outcomes. Ideal candidate is adaptable, mission-oriented, and can work independently with minimal support. Experienced full-scope midwife preferred but new grads encouraged to apply AMCB C
