Registered Nurse - Transition To Practice Residency Program
The Registered Nurse Transition to Practice Residency Program is designed to assist the new graduate in the transition from entry-level to competent professional RN. Delivers fundamental, knowledge-based care to assigned patients while developing technical competencies. Area of assignment will vary. This is an OPEN CONTINUOUS ANNOUNCEMENT. Referral of eligible applicants will be forwarded to the Nurse Recruiter at a minimum the first of each month. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met. Basic Requirements: United States Citizenship: Non-citizens may only be appointed when it is not possible to recruit qualified citizens in accordance with VA Policy
