The Administrative Manager is responsible for the operational functioning of the organization on nights, weekends, and holidays.  Principal Accountabilities:  Collaborates with team members and managers for staffing decisions. Oversees hospital activity, both clinical and administrative. Acts as a resource for all departments and team members. Monitors hospital volume and throughput needs, collaborating with the Bed Management Department and other key stakeholders. Mentors staff and provides direction as needed. Collects data and compiles reports as needed and ensures compliance with regulatory/mandatory reporting requirements while on shift. Required:
