The department of Nutrition and Health Care Management at Appalachian State University invites applications for one assistant professor position in public health nutrition and dietetics with areas of expertise in areas such as public health nutrition, food systems, and clinical nutrition.   Faculty members are expected to maintain an active program of scholarship, and mentor graduate student research and capstone projects.
