This position travels between Los Angeles and Orange County locations working with patients referred for transplant evaluation, or that have received a kidney transplant. There is plenty of room to work independently in this role, but there are also opportunities to collaborate closely with this a well-established team of physicians, surgeons, and specialty RN transplant coordinators.
