Health Data Specialist II or III
Weld County is looking for a public health professional who will lead and continue to build upon the work the Population Health and Data Analytics Unit has accomplished. The ideal candidate should have a passion for working in a unique, diverse, and growing community and understand the complexities of analyzing and explaining population health outcomes to a variety of stakeholders. The most successful candidate will have a track record of success in leading community health assessments including conducting complex probability-based surveys and in performing data analyses, conducting evaluations, and creating useful internal and external public health data products. The Health Data Specialist II or III works closely with the Health Education, Communication, and Planning Division Director
